Job Description

What you will do:

Plumbing Maintenance & Repairs:

Perform regular inspections of the hotel's plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, toilets, showers, and water heaters.

Identify and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house operations.

Ensure that all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and are free of faults.

Installation of Plumbing Systems:

Install, replace, and upgrade plumbing systems, including water lines, drainage systems, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and faucets.

Ensure that new installations meet local plumbing codes and hotel standards for quality and safety.

Troubleshooting & Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, such as water leaks, blocked drains, or burst pipes, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.

Use diagnostic tools to identify the cause of plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs quickly and effectively.

Water Conservation:

Assist in the implementation of water-saving practices and energy-efficient plumbing solutions.

Maintain and repair water-saving devices like low-flow toilets, faucets, and showerheads.

Required Qualification:

Minimum 6 months to one year of experience
