Position: Plumbing TechnicianWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Technician to join the team at our Company, Mr. Fixer Technical Services LLC in Dubai. The plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water supply systems and equipment. Ensure that plumbing systems are safe, functional, and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Plumber may work in various settings, including residential & commercial.Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
• Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties
• Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
• Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems
• Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors
• Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
• Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections
• Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
• Manage a work log
• Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
• Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• New construction villa project experience & maintenance experiences are must

Requirements:

• Diploma/Engineering or equivalent.
• UAE Driver License (Manual) is a Must.
• Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar work environment.
• Must have Experience in Maintenance & New construction.
