Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber Technician to join our team. The Plumber Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures. Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes. Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and other issues. Test plumbing systems for functionality and compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Provide estimates and cost-effective solutions for repairs and installations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Plumber Technician or similar role. Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by local law). Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. Physical stamina and dexterity for heavy lifting and manual labor. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in specialized plumbing systems. Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

Work Conditions:

Full-time position with occasional overtime and emergency call-outs. Exposure to varying weather conditions and confined spaces. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
