• Carries out occasional repair work as required
• Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel\'s technical installations
• Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
• Follows the preventive maintenance programme
• Applies water hygiene procedures
• Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom/toilet fixtures in guestrooms, public areas and back of the house areas.
• Ensures that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair. Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest or public area.
• Ensures that the plant room, workshop and related areas are kept clean and tidy condition.
• Carries out fan coil unit services in guestrooms, shops, public areas and offices.
• Carries out electric arc or oxy-acetylene welding.

QualificationsExperience is an asset\xe2\x96\xaa Working experience in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels.\xe2\x96\xaa Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skills\xe2\x96\xaa Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus\xe2\x96\xaa Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
