Carries out occasional repair work as required
Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
Follows the preventive maintenance programme
Applies water hygiene procedures
Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom/toilet fixtures in guestrooms, public areas and back of the house areas.
Ensures that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair. Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest or public area.
Ensures that the plant room, workshop and related areas are kept clean and tidy condition.
Carries out fan coil unit services in guestrooms, shops, public areas and offices.
Carries out electric arc or oxy-acetylene welding.
QualificationsExperience is an asset Working experience in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels. Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skills Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
