JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE OF JOB: To supervise young children in a safe and secure environment. Devise and participate in children\'s fun activities. Conduct general routine maintenance and cleaning duties around the children\'s play area to ensure it meets the required standards of cleanliness, security, and Health and Safety. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Supervising young children and ensuring a safe and secure environment. \xc2\xb7 Should be engaging with kids at work. \xc2\xb7 Happy and smiling nature. \xc2\xb7 Stop children from attempting something that could be dangerous. \xc2\xb7 Interacting with the children and participating with enthusiasm in their fun activities. \xc2\xb7 Capable of taking on administrative tasks to deliver services. \xc2\xb7 Escalating any risks/issues to the supervisor. \xc2\xb7 Sharing any ideas /suggestions for increasing the footfall. \xc2\xb7 Up-selling & suggestive selling. Experience & Skill Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Previous experience working with children aged 4 to 12 Years Kids. \xc2\xb7 The ability to use Point of Sale (POS) software. \xc2\xb7 English language skills (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage) \xc2\xb7 (Attendant soft play area) Not Mandatory. \xc2\xb7 Must be flexible to work in weekends/holidays and extend if needed. Education & Training Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum high school certificate. \xc2\xb7 Soft Skills and Personality traits: Enthusiastic, creative, good communicator, positive, happy, team player, responsible, hardworking, flexible. \xc2\xb7 Nature and length of previous experience: Must have previous experience interacting with children Compensation & Rewards: 1.
