Overview: A newly established contracting firm in Riyadh is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time Assistant to manage and navigate the Etimad Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying contracting opportunities such as tenders, preparing submissions, and overseeing related contracts and payments. Key Responsibilities: . Monitor the Etimad Platform regularly for new contracting opportunities and government tenders relevant to the company's scope of services. . Prepare and compile necessary documents and ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals. . Follow up on submitted tenders and keep track of the status, updates, and deadlines. . Manage and maintain records of ongoing contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual terms and conditions. . Liaise with government entities and other stakeholders through the Etimad Platform to ensure smooth execution of contracts. . Handle financial transactions related to contracts, including monitoring and following up on payments and invoicing through the Etimad system. . Report regularly to management on the status of tenders, contracts, and financial transactions. Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. . Proven experience in handling tender processes and contract management, preferably within the government sector. . Strong familiarity with the Etimad Platform and its functionalities. . Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant software. . Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. Desirable Skills: . Knowledge of the contracting and construction industry in Saudi Arabia. .
