We are seeking a talented and dedicated Plastic Surgeon to join our team. As a Plastic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures to enhance the appearance and functionality of patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent surgical skills, strong attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with patients to discuss their cosmetic goals, medical history, and expectations.
• Perform surgical procedures such as breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, facelifts, and reconstructive surgeries.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs and desires.
• Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and potential outcomes of surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and medical assistants, to ensure optimal patient care.
• Follow established surgical protocols and safety standards to minimize risks and complications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
• Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies through continuous education and training.
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations to monitor patient progress and address any concerns.
• Uphold ethical standards and patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board certification in plastic surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice as a Plastic Surgeon in Sharjah
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
• Strong surgical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
• Demonstrated ethical conduct and integrity in patient interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fellowship training in a specialized area of plastic surgery.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency in using medical software for patient management and documentation.
• Published research or contributions to the field of plastic surgery.
• Fluency in multiple languages for enhanced patient communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED80,000.00 per month
