As a Plastic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries to enhance or restore physical appearance and function. • Consult with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and medical history.
• Perform surgical procedures including but not limited to breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, facelifts, and reconstructive surgeries.
• Assess and advise patients on appropriate surgical options, risks, and potential outcomes.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and medical history.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and safety throughout the surgical process.
• Monitor post-operative progress and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal recovery and results.
• Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of all surgical procedures performed,

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
• State medical license and appropriate credentials to practice as a Plastic Surgeon.
• Proven experience in performing a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with medical colleagues.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fellowship training in a specialized area of plastic surgery (e.g., craniofacial surgery, microsurgery).
• Experience using advanced surgical techniques and technologies.
• Research experience or publications in the field of plastic surgery.
