Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator

Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and set up injection molding machines for production runs. 2. Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced according to specifications. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine operation or product quality. 4. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to keep it in optimal condition. 5. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. 6. Keep accurate production records and documentation. 7. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. 8. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals. 9. Assist in training new operators as needed. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Previous experience in injection molding or machine operation preferred. 3. Familiarity with injection molding equipment and processes. 4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. 5. Strong attention to detail and quality. 6. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 9. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
