Job Description
:Our client is one of the reputed manufacturing & construction material operations in the UAE. We are looking to hire a Plant Manager with their Ready mix operations in the UAE .Your responsibilities will include but not limited to :
- Experience in managing Production, Maintenance (Plant & Vehicle Fleet) & Quality (Heading the Plant)
- Managing complete end-to-end operations of the plant.
- Should be able to train the manpower for smooth operations
- Liaise with the regulatory bodies, when required.
- Bachelor/Diploma in engineering or relevant field.
- Strong leadership and operational management
- Knowledge of quality control processes in concrete production
- Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards
- Proficiency in managing plant machinery and optimizing production
- Liaison with regulatory bodies quality standards such as those set by Dubai Municipality and other emiratesxe2x80x99 regulatory bodies.
