• The Plant Manager is crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning and upkeep of our manufacturing plant. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, problem-solving acumen, and leadership qualities to supervise all plant operations comprehensively.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in, Electrical Engineering, complemented by proficiency in electrical controls.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of concrete production processes, equipment maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
