Position- Plant Manager Experience- 15-18Years Industry- Petrochemicals /Lubricants & Chemicals Manufacturing Mandatory Qualification- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Masters in Business Administration (Specialized in Operations) Job Location- Ras Al Khaimah Salary-(Based on Experience) Joining- Immediate Ideal Candidate will plan, organize and run day to day operations to exceed the managements expectation with optimum utilization of the resources. and Should have complete knowledge on End-to-End production process of Ethyl Acetate, N Butyl Acetate, Methyl Acetate, N-Propyl Acetate \xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as Plant Head \xc2\xb7 Proven managerial experience \xc2\xb7 Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise \xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable & control of safety, quality, productivity & inventory \xc2\xb7 Language Skills / English & Hindi \xc2\xb7 Ability to create accountability and to lead by example \xc2\xb7 Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills Position entails overall plant administration with regards to PRODUCTION/FILLING & PACKING/LOGISTICS/INVENTORY CONTROL/EHS/MANPOWER etc. \xc2\xb7 Actively take part in end to end management of factory operations in compliance to organizational policies, goals & targets. \xc2\xb7 Manage hazardous and highly flammable chemicals in bulk quantity \xc2\xb7 Advise and recommend the senior management for Changes in procedures, Machinery requirements for ease of operations, improving efficiency, reduce unnecessary cost etc. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Product Quality & Quantity \xc2\xb7 Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize the assets to produce optimal results \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance to local laws, labour laws, HR functioning, commercial deliverables and control on environmental issues \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the entire manufacturing and its related activities - EHS/Quality control/ Process/inventory control/Logistics/Maintenance/Engineering & projects. \xc2\xb7 Establish, Implement and Maintaining EHS plan. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate machinery installation & commissioning. \xc2\xb7 Set up and maintain organizational goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems to align with company vision. \xc2\xb7 Provide leadership to a 80member team with 20 direct staff for smooth operation of the plant & implement changes to enhance productivity. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain monthly raw material & packing material procurement plan as per sales plans & on time delivery initiatives for accomplishing business and operational targets. \xc2\xb7 Enhance organizational bottom lines by optimizing production costs, setting/ managing production budgets and implementing cost control initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Involved in end to end management of operations in compliance to safety and quality parameters for maintaining the site as ZERO accident zone. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate activities related to machinery installations, process flow and working practices for optimizing production costs. \xc2\xb7 Coordinated with manufacturing team, technical team, QA & QC teams in managing production.
