We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join our clients established team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of their construction team, you will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning software packages and at least 8 years of experience in construction planning.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Utilize planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant tools to track progress and identify risks.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project schedules.
Provide detailed progress reports, critical path analysis, and delay impact assessments.
Implement best practices for project controls and scheduling.
Support claims and variations analysis with accurate planning data.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant planning software.
Experience working for a construction consultancy is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
