Candidate with facility management or construction field only Apply Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities Preparing all the reports according to the requirements - (Daily Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly). Maintaining and updating Project databases daily Organize a filing system for important and confidential Project documents. Answer queries by employees and clients Update office policies as needed. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments. Book meeting rooms as required. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages) Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned. Education Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in facility management, data analysis, or project management are advantageous. Prior experience in facility management, data analysis, or reporting roles is desirable. Candidates with experience in using facility management software or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will have an advantage. Work Experience 1. Demonstrable experience as a reporting officer. 2. Knowledge of suitable data analytic processes. 3. Proven experience creating data-driven knowledge that promotes profitability. 4.
