To be Considered:
Minimum 12 years in a similar role
Fit out experience is a MUST
UAE experience is a huge bonus
International standards and experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Minimum BSc. in Civil Engineering/Architecture or similar
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Oversight: Develop, approve, and manage project schedules across all phases, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones, resource needs, and budget constraints.
Monitoring & Problem-Solving: Track progress through regular assessments and site visits, addressing delays with corrective actions and alternative solutions as needed.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all aspects of the project.
Resource & Standards Management: Oversee labor, materials, and equipment while upholding company standards and respecting team capabilities and local culture.
Reporting & Adjustments: Prepare detailed reports, monitor performance, and recommend adjustments to keep projects on track and meet objectives.
