Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules for high-rise buildings and tower construction using Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Develop baseline programs, monitor project progress, and implement necessary adjustments to meet timelines.
• Ensure integration of design, procurement, and construction activities into a cohesive plan.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment allocation to ensure project efficiency.
• Conduct resource leveling to balance project demands with available resources.
• Generate regular progress reports highlighting key performance indicators, potential delays, and mitigation plans.
• Identify critical paths and implement strategies to overcome bottlenecks.
• Prepare delay analysis and extension-of-time claims documentation as required.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Attend meetings with clients and provide updates on planning and scheduling progress.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
• Maintain documentation and records in compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15-17 years of UAE experience, with a focus on high-rise buildings and towers.
• Prior experience working with main contractors is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning software.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies for high-rise structures.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of delay analysis and extension-of-time claims.
• Proven leadership in planning and executing large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
