Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• The Planning Manager leads the planning, scheduling, and resource management efforts of projects to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, analyzing delays, optimizing resource utilization, and providing reports to stakeholders to enhance project efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including task sequencing, duration estimation, and resource allocation, using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues as needed.
• Analyze causes of delays and disruptions, conduct delay analysis, and communicate findings to relevant parties.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings to discuss schedule updates, resource allocation, and risks.
• Collaborate with the cost control team to manage projects within approved budgets. Assess resource requirements and availability, optimizing resource utilization through necessary adjustments.
• Develop and present weekly and monthly reports on project status, progress, and deviations from the baseline schedule.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Provide input into the development of risk management strategies and contingency plans.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, new tools, and technologies related to project planning and management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications in project management or construction management is a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in project planning and scheduling, preferably in Construction or Oil & Gas Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
