Planning Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our dynamic team on an exciting construction project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project planning and scheduling within the construction sector, ensuring seamless coordination and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in line with project objectives. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables. Identify critical paths, potential risks, and opportunities to optimize project plans. Prepare and present progress reports, forecasting updates, and recovery plans to management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and contractual obligations. Utilize advanced planning tools and software to manage scheduling and reporting effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 12+ years of experience in construction project planning and management. Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Please send your resume/CV
