Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Execution Lead to spearhead the Execution Workstream of the FLOW project and be part of the Global Flow team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the pull system for yard and gate operations, integrating outcomes into daily operations, and ensuring seamless execution throughout the terminal. This role demands strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage change and transition effectively.
Location: If selected for this position, you will work from your home country office, with no need for immigration or relocation
Key Responsibilities: Drive the Execution Workstream for the FLOW project, focusing on implementing the pull system in both yard and gate operations (where applicable) and integrating these processes into daily terminal operations. Coordinate and monitor FLOW Execution activities to ensure adherence to planned deadlines and proactively address any unforeseen constraints. Collaborate with the FLOW Planning Lead to identify and escalate any gaps in planning. Identify and allocate the appropriate resources for each FLOW Execution activity. Assess and evaluate Execution KPIs against FLOW standards, addressing any gaps and ensuring compliance. Involve the HSSE team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to incorporate safe working practices into execution processes. Support standardization activities for execution within the terminal. Guide the terminal through execution role transitions, including investigation team roles, communication matrix, and roles and responsibilities. Ensure all visualization setups are properly implemented and escalate any deviations to the FLOW Site & Global Flow Manager and PMO.
Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in Planning & Execution is essential. Lean Practitioner (Level 3) certification required. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage change and transitions. Experience in project management is a plus. Customer-centric approach with a strong problem-solving mindset. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team. Expertise in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management. Agile and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Job Instructions & Job Relations trained.
