Planning Engineer/real Estate Developer/dubai
Job Description
Open Position: Planning Engineer/8+ years of experience in planning and scheduling on relevant projects i.e. high rise towers, with at least five years in Dubai with Developers.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Successful applicants will have experience in high rise towers coupled with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry, along with interface and coordination requirements in the industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in planning and scheduling on relevant projects i.e. high rise towers, with atleast five years in Dubai with Developers.
Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6
Good written and oral communication skills
Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
Salary: AED 12000/- + Benefits as per company
