:
You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities-
Project Scheduling & Planning:Develop detailed project schedules and plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations. -
Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors to gather necessary data and inputs for accurate project planning.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting:Track and monitor project progress regularly, identifying potential delays, and proposing corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
Software Utilization: Use project management software to create, track, and report on project milestones, ensuring efficient project flow and communication across teams.
Procurement & Resource Allocation:Maintain procurement logs, monitor resource allocation, and ensure that resources are assigned according to project needs and timelines.
Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and bottlenecks, working with teams to develop and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients to report on project status and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.Qualifications & Skills;
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning, preferably in fit-out or construction projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software
Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze project data, identify issues early, and develop actionable solutions.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when developing project schedules and reports.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills;
- Experience in fit-out projects or interior construction is an advantage.
- Familiarity with procurement management and logistics.
- Knowledge of risk management practices in construction projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
