• ADNOC EXPERIENCE/APPROVAL IS A MUST
• DRIVING LICENSE ISADVANTAGE
• 05 Years Experience as Planning Engineer
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Project & Office
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or similar
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Clear understanding of project scope, along with the cost, schedule, activities, and resources

Accountable for project scope planning, preparation of the work breakdown structure, project schedule development, budget, resource, and procurement planning

Prepare Progress Measurement Sheets, S Curves, Resource Histograms, Payment Applications etc.

• Monitoring and tracking project progress, writing up progress reports, preparing project payment applications and minutes of meetings.

Ensures that all best practices for project monitoring and controlling processes and activities are implemented and on track by measuring performance, determining variances, and implementing change management process.

• Proficient in project EOT analysis
• Record project delays and maintain delay logs.
• Prepare cost estimates for minor additional project work.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Understanding and meeting all contract requirements
• Coordinating with subcontractors, client, managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
• Handle subcontractors and supplier invoices.

Coordinates people and resources, maintains open communication with all the project stakeholders, and implements all planned activities in accordance with the project goals.

Offers end-to-end support in proper planning and employing effective cash flow management practices to ensure positive cash flow throughout the entire lifecycle of project.

• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
