Develop and update project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with the execution team to meet project goals.
Collaborate with the execution team to track daily activities, address delays, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare Outage Plans, allocating manpower, tools, and resources in coordination with the Operations Manager.
Create costing and estimation reports based on inputs from the Operations Manager and Project Manager.
Attend client progress meetings, provide schedule updates, and communicate project status clearly
