Provide assessment of Extension of Time claims.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.Prepare baseline program, schedules, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan.Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.Prepare forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines.Conduct regular project site inspections.Prepare Forensic Planning & Delay Analysis.Developing project master schedule, updating, monitoring and reviewing construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures
What we Require :
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Proven Minimum 2 experience as a Planning Engineer in interior fit-out or Aluminum projects in UAE or GCC.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).Proficiency in ERP management system and preferably Focus .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to commuteAbility to present the Weekly Managment dashboards
