Job Description

Building experience civil Planning Engineer(1No) required with Bachelor\'s Degree, with 4 to 5 years gulf experience for a construction firm in Sharjah must have valid UAE driving license. Prepare a detailed program of works (Master Schedule / Baseline Program) with Cost and resource loading. Prepare and Maintain Project Risk Registers to ensure risks are mitigated and dealt properly in line with the project requirements and notify to Project Team any risks, opportunities. Prepare Baseline Program & Recovery Program and receive approval from the Client. Present on the site during construction. Prepare look-ahead programs and track the deliveries. Ensure that the schedule is based on the project execution strategy and schedule milestones are achievable. Develop S Curve and Manpower histogram and check if these are achievable. Prepare a draft for delay events occur & run the effect timely to update the client. Prepare an Extension of Time using appropriate Delay Analysis & Practice. Resource Planning and Forecasting of projects & activities Compare & analyze earned value with actual and planned values and report in the form of CPI and SPI Analyze schedule variance & plan remedy if there is any negative variance. Prepare weekly / monthly project reports / Client Presentations Prepare the reports/updates as per the management requirements.
