Our newest opportunity is for a talented Planning Engineer to join our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring project delivery in line with client requirements through the development of a project wide WBS. Duties will also include developing and maintaining a detailed master schedule, procurement and logistics plan and also to support and work with consultants and contractors to develop their contractual schedules. Our newest opportunity is for a talented Planning Engineer to join our team, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We envisage success in this role to include; Understanding of technical and design leadership in all aspects of the design process including production, construction techniques, procedures, codes and standards etc that relate to Civil / Planning Engineering. Bringing team skills as well as the ability to communicate directly with clients, consultants, agencies, local authorities, the design review team and other KEO staff. Understanding of local building codes in country, alongside International Building Codes, LEED requirements and other similar sustainability standards among others. Preparing and inputting to a project program, project plan, and schedule Identifying and assessing project risks and mitigating these Working alongside the team to prepare project procedural plans.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 6 years of broad-based experience in a planning/scheduling role, preferably in the Middle East region.

Experience in Microsoft Office, Primavera and Microsoft Project applications and a Bachelor Degree in Engineering is essential.
