Job Description

Job Title: Planning Engineer

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ years

Preferred Experience:

- Infra project experience

- Experience in road and utilities projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and timelines.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Analyze project specifications and plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, and resource requirements.

- Utilize planning software (such as Primavera P6 or MS Project) to track project progress and make adjustments as needed.

- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.

- Identify and mitigate potential project delays and risks.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects.

- Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) is a plus.
