Experience: 2-4 years in project operations (ELV, Telecom, or related fields)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring, particularly in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and Telecom projects. The candidate should be proficient in planning tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and possess excellent analytical and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

- Prepare and present progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and Power BI charts.

- Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project stakeholders.

- Prepare payment certificates and ensure accurate progress measurement.

- Lead weekly progress meetings and coordinate with site teams to collect updates.

- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with the project budget and schedule.

- Support the Project Manager and operations team in achieving project goals and timelines.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel (including formulas and VBA) for data analysis and reporting.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination between project teams and stakeholders.

- Provide support in risk management and mitigation planning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in project operations, preferably in ELV or Telecom projects.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel (including VBA).

- Strong skills in preparing presentations, progress measurement sheets, and manpower histograms.

- Experience in cost control, monitoring, and project planning.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead progress meetings and coordinate with teams.

- Locally available in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience with ADNOC projects is a significant advantage.

- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
