Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for Checking & Preparation of Project

Construction Planning Schedules, Progress Reports, Cash flows, Weekly, Monthly Reports & EOT Reports

Experienced in Infra Projects, Roads Bridges, Pump-Stations, Sub- Stations, Underground Structures, High Rise Buildings, Star Hotels & resettlement action plans, preparation of reports & Evaluate EOT claims & Perform Delay Analysis

Proficient in Project Controls - Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring (Dashboards & KPI, s)

Knowledgeable in Delay Analysis, EOT Claims Management, Forensic Analysis, TIA & Window Analyst.

Contracts Management - Good Knowledge in FIDIC contracts & Standards, regulations and guidelines.

Preparing and update project schedules (Checking).

Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.

Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.

Prepares and submit updated work program.

Monitor day-to- day work progress and prepare the weekly, monthly Reports & EOT reports.

Evaluating EOT claims and perform Delay Analysis on claimed Events by other parties and investigate the delays by (Case & Effect) analysis and make recommendations as per agreed contract by the respected parties and proceeding for AVV & VO's.

Fast-learner and able to work under pressure and deadlines

Experienced with ALDAR, Musanada and more projects is an advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, with a strong background in UAE construction projects.

Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, P3.1 P5, P6 P8.3 & 4 & MS Project, PMP .PSP, BIM, Auto CAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

Knowledge of local regulations and construction industry practices in the UAE.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
