Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with 7-10 years of expertise in high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and managing project schedules, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with project teams to maintain progress according to set milestones.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and manage project timelines for high-rise construction projects. Prepare detailed planning and scheduling reports, identifying potential risks and delays. Monitor project progress, identify critical paths, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution. Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety regulations. Analyze and update progress data, providing accurate forecasts to stakeholders.

Requirements

:

7-10 years of planning experience, specifically in high-rise building projects. Strong proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
