Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project. Define project scope, activities, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs. Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control throughout project phases. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare comparative analysis. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements with project teams. Optimize resource allocation to meet project goals and control project costs. Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving strategies. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BOQs, drawings, specifications, and records. Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Facilitate meetings to review progress and address potential issues. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and control project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry in UAE, preferably with a Certificate in Primavera and / or other Project Planning Software in planning and scheduling projects.
