We are looking for

Planning Engineer

with strong

UAE construction experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will monitor progress, mitigate risks, and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project). Monitor project progress and report status to management and clients. Identify risks and propose corrective actions to avoid delays. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards. Supervise and mentor junior planning engineers.

Required Skills:

5+ years of UAE-based construction planning experience. Expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project. Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws and regulations. Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Asta Powerproject). Solid understanding of project scheduling techniques, critical path analysis, and resource leveling. Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
