JOB DESCRIPTION

Pre?Construction:

Development of Construction Methodologies and Project Execution Plans.

Preparation of Logistics Plans and Mobilization Layouts.

Development of Tender Programmes and Resource Histograms.

Identification & assessment of risks involved, strategizing Risk Management Plans, and developing Risk

Registers (in coordination with Project Manager)

Preparation of Flowcharts for project?specific Authority Approvals (in coordination with Project Coordinator)

Post?Contract:

Strategize and develop project management plans (in coordination with Project Manager)

Establish and monitor project?specific delivery strategies (in coordination with Project Manager)

Development of master schedules, and liaison with works package contractors to ensure all programmes are consistent with the master schedules.

Risk Management ? Identification of risks, assessment of impact, and formulation of associated mitigation

Strategies (in coordination with Project Manager).

Change Management ? Evaluating variations programme wise and support commercial team in producing Change Orders (in coordination with QS).

Generation & monitoring of KPIs for critical project deliverables.

Variance & Trend Analysis, S?Curves, and Manpower Histograms. (in coordination with Site Project Engineers)

Generation & standardization of various templates ? Dashboards, Progress Control Reports, High?level Gantt charts (excel), and Risk Register (in coordination with the project team)

Development of Inspections Test Plans (ITPs) & identification of hold points. (in coordination with Site Project Engineers and Project Manager)

Preparation of corporate/technical presentations related to project planning.

Primavera P6 Reporting:

o Present multiple critical paths along with near critical paths.

o Assign Cost & Manpower against each activity

o Extract Progress S Curve from Budgeted units & Cost

o Manpower histogram from assigned resources

o Performance % in each interval

o Generate / Plot Cashflow

o Assign BOQ quantities along with resources (considering productivity of each category)

o Carry out float analysis from P6 programme.

o Extracting longest paths and milestones

o Assign baseline and compare with updates with retained logic / based on the change in the sequence at site.

o Filtering remaining activities and monitoring progress against that.

o Backward pass analysis to verify the drivers and criticality

Claims Management:

Analysis of various float paths following weekly updates to determine delays/ concurrencies and advise management.

Updating QS and PM of delays and deviation from the agreed programmes with vendors.

Determination of root causes based on the effects of delays through fact?finding retrospectively.

Demonstration of critical paths and consequent entitlement to EoT occurring as a result of delay/ disruption/loss of efficiency.

Chairing meetings with key sub-contractors to understand the actual delays.

Detailed delay analysis, quantification of delay & damages, and strategy formation in coordination with QS.

Slippage Analysis, Variance Analysis, Production?rate Analysis, Disruption Analysis, and Work?cycle Analysis.

Report writing for Extension of Time claims (in coordination with QS)

Development of negotiation strategy and liaison with key stakeholders to reach a consensus on the apportionment of delays.

Additional task as and when required.

Competencies:

Bachelors Degreee in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Minimum 6 years experience in UAE in an fit out company

Software Knowledge : Microsoft Project, Primavera mandatory, Adobe Illustrator

Dash Boards : Power BI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
