Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and planning all project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines in coordination with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and identify any potential delays or obstacles.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop efficient construction methods and sequences to optimize project timelines.
• Prepare and present progress reports, including critical path analysis and resource allocation, to project stakeholders and management.
• Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines and delivery.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage project schedules, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources as per project requirements.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input and recommendations to resolve scheduling conflicts or challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field, with a focus on construction management or project planning.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in high-rise or Villas construction projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Candidates with Landscaping & Irrigation experience are preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• A solid understanding of construction methods, techniques, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
