Job Description

• Prepare a detailed CPM programs based on the contract documents, using the latest version of Oracle Primavera software for baseline submission & approval.
• Prepare Manpower histogram based on the productivity norms.
• Prepare cash-flow forecast based on the BOQ Values & payment terms.
• On a periodical basis & as required by the project manager, update the baseline programs to revert the statuses to the internal project stakeholders.
• Prepare delay analysis programs as & when required.
• To become familiar with all project schedules, progress, and issues, sufficient to explain to the head of projects / general manager the critical issues and constraints.
• Feasibility study of projects for its timely completion and report to the planning manager/estimation manager.
• Participate in project tender meeting & progress meetings.
• Prepare & maintain the work productivity norms for various trades in association with project heads and report recommended actions.
• Prepare progress reports/dashboards (internal & external)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in architecture/civil engineering.
• Possess PSP, PMP certification (preferable but not mandatory)
• Certification Oracle Primavera P6 V22 & above
• Experience: Overall, 7-10 Years in Planning , monitoring-control, delay analysis (min 5 years in Interior fit out industry).
• Good knowledge of MS office & other presentation packages.
• Possess a very good understanding of Interior Fit out, Joinery & MEP activities, statutory approvals related to fit out projects & other interfacing activities.
• Aware of manpower productivity rates for Fit out & MEP activities.
• Experienced in delay analysis

Experience Requirement

• Successfully managed demanding clients and consultant planners.
• Participated in fitout projects worth over AED 25 million

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
