We are seeking a talented and experienced Planning Engineer to join our high-rise construction project in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning all project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. - Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines in coordination with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and identify any potential delays or obstacles.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop efficient construction methods and sequences to optimize project timelines.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including critical path analysis and resource allocation, to project stakeholders and management.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines and delivery.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage project schedules, resources, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources as per project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings, providing input and recommendations to resolve scheduling conflicts or challenges.Requirements: - A bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering or related field, with a focus on construction management or project planning.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in high-rise or Villas construction projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project scheduling challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- A solid understanding of construction methods, techniques, and industry best practices.Salary:
