PLANNING ENGINEER FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Project Location: Dubai Creek Harbour Responsibilities:
- Preparation / Updating / Revision of Baseline Programme (Level 4) Primavera.
- Generate Daily, Weekly & Monthly Dashboard / Report.
- Attending Weekly Progress Meeting with Consultant / Client.
- Preparation of Manpower Histogram, Cash flow, S-curve & Baseline Narrative.
- Generate Weekly/Monthly Look ahead.
- Assist / Preparation of Extension of Time/Claim.
- Earned Value Management/ Analysis
- Provide support to verify claimed monthly progress against invoice/variation.
- Detailed site related schedules (spreadsheets).
- Evaluating Critical paths, Delay consequent disruption and etc.
- Suggest Management of Risks affecting project schedules and interfaces.
- With Bachelors degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience in construction field
- Similar experience is recommended.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Practical experience using Primavera is Mandatory
- Ability to follow instructions and to collaborate with others
