Vacancy Announcement: Planning Engineer (Construction)

Position: Planning Engineer
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 7,000 (Lumpsum Package)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer with expertise in the construction industry . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UAE production/planning experience , particularly in the fabrication of steel structures .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain baseline programs using Primavera software.
• Lead planning activities, including cost control and progress reporting.
• Track project workflow from initiation to delivery and report variances.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material availability and sequencing.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
• Prepare regular reports (daily, bi-weekly, and monthly) and presentations for management.
• Analyze and forecast project costs and schedules to support decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5+ years of UAE experience in production/planning within the construction sector.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 , with a strong background in planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Familiarity with steel structure fabrication and team management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
