Planning Engineer (civil Construction)
Job Description
PLANNING ENGINEER FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Project Location: Dubai Creek Harbour
Responsibilities:
• Preparation / Updating / Revision of Baseline Programme (Level 4) Primavera.
• Generate Daily, Weekly & Monthly Dashboard / Report.
• Attending Weekly Progress Meeting with Consultant / Client.
• Preparation of Manpower Histogram, Cash flow, S-curve & Baseline Narrative.
• Generate Weekly/Monthly Look ahead.
• Assist / Preparation of Extension of Time/Claim.
• Earned Value Management/ Analysis
• Provide support to verify claimed monthly progress against invoice/variation.
• Detailed site related schedules (spreadsheets).
• Evaluating Critical paths, Delay consequent disruption and etc.
• Suggest Management of Risks affecting project schedules and interfaces.
Requirements:
• With Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in construction field
• Similar experience is recommended.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Practical experience using Primavera is Mandatory
• Ability to follow instructions and to collaborate with others
• Only with high rise building experience will be shortlisted
