Job Description

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is typically required. Relevant programs include courses in construction management, structural engineering, and project management.
• Civil Engineer having minimum of 7 years experience in High rise Residential Tower Buildings
• •High rise Residential Building experience
• Should be able to prepare independently Baseline Program with resources loaded (cost, man hour & quantity) for the project of High rised Residential Tower Buildings.

Skills:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant planning and scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations.
• Competency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Analytical Skills:
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective project plans.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to prepare clear and detailed reports and presentations.
• Organizational Skills:
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure all aspects of a project are considered and managed.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions.

• Developing detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.

• Preparing project reports and updates for management and clients.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
