Job Title: Planning Engineer (Civil and Building Work) Experience Required: 10+ years Location: Abu Dhabi-Western Region Type: Full-time Salary: 10,000-14,000 AED per month Joining required: Immediately Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil, building, and infrastructure work, with a proven track record of successful project planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules and plans for civil, building, and infrastructure projects know term variation claims and delay analysis pre tender job and post tender preparing baseline Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues Prepare progress reports and present them to project stakeholders Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Utilize project management software to track and monitor project progress Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning for civil, building, and infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
