Planning Engineer
Job Description
Create and maintain project schedules that support and align with project specification and contract duration.
Prepare the baseline program inline with project schedule and get it approved from client.
Prepare the works breakdown schedule inline with sequence of works.
Workout the look ahead program and construction program for monitoring purpose.
Prepare the labour histogram, s curve and resource loaded program for the baseline program.
Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.
Delay events identification and preparation/review of EOT claims using Time Impact analysis, Window analysis etc.
5 years of experience in building construction, landscape construction experience is an added advantage.
Degree in Civil Engineering.
UAE Driving License is required.### Job Features
