Job Title: Planning Engineer

Job Summary:
A Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of engineering and construction projects. The role requires expertise in project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and cost management, working collaboratively with stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
• Define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with approved plans.
• Evaluate project delays and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Support cost estimation and budgeting during the planning phase.
• Forecast potential cost overruns and propose solutions to manage them.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
• 2-4 years of experience in a project planning or related role.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and construction processes.
• Proven track record of worked as a Planning Engineer.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
• Analytical thinking to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure project accuracy.
