Job Title: Planning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Planning & Costing Engineer to join our team, specializing in construction projects with a focus on buildings and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) with mandatory UAE experience. The role requires the ability to effectively plan, schedule, and cost control complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates for construction projects.

- Monitor project progress and financial performance against the plan.

- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones and financial targets are met.

- Prepare regular reports on project performance, highlighting any potential cost overruns or delays.

- Analyze project risks and opportunities and propose strategies for risk mitigation.

- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is a must.

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proven track record of working on Buildings and Infrastructure projects.

- Extensive experience in Construction - MEP.

- Additional certifications in relevant planning and costing courses are an advantage.

- UAE experience is essential.

- Offshore experience is an advantage.

Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE: 5 years (Preferred)
• Planning & Costing Engineer: 8 years (Required)
