Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather project requirements and update schedules accordingly.
• Analyze project performance, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including time estimates and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments related to scheduling and resource management, developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project schedules, changes, and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry, with a focus on civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is advantageous.
• Experience in [specific types of projects, e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure].
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost control processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
