Undertaking regular project analysis, and control activities and schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery plan development activities.
Supporting project organizational and administrative activities. Provides generally non-routine cost planning and scheduling guidance.
Identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling problems.
Executing Project Controls programs on an assigned project in accordance with KEO Project Controls procedures.
Reviewing and approving Earned Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries, Project Financial Status Reports, and Charge For Project Working Capital calculations for assigned projects.
Planing the staffing needs for assigned projects.
Reviewing the contract drafts to ensure they include adequate cost and scope definition and meet Project Controls requirements. Coordinates development of all data in support of negotiations.
Preparing, coordinating, and directing Project Controls presentations to KEO and client management, as required.
Preparing the Project Controls plan for assigned projects.
QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 7 years of experience partnered with a Masters Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and immediate avaialbility is preferable.Microsoft office, Primavera and Microsoft Project applications knowledge is essential.KEOs performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
