Job Title: Planning Engineer (Fabrication Oil and Gas) Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 Experience: Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in the manufacturing workshop of piping, structural, pressure vessel, and skid packages Roles and Responsibilities: Project Baseline Programme: Prepare detailed project baseline programme in accordance with the approved planning process and procedures manual. Scheduling: Prepare manpower and equipment schedules in close collaboration with the Project Control Manager and Project Manager. Project Monitoring: Update and monitor the project progress and productivity rates against the approved baseline programme. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the project. KPI Management: Prepare KPI sheets from the project programme and update them on a daily basis. Progress Drawings: Prepare daily progress drawings for the project in collaboration with the survey and drafting department. Presentations: Prepare monthly meeting presentations and various documents/calculations for planning purposes. Analysis and Recommendations: Provide analysis and recommendations for corrective action based on planning data. Quality Control: Ensure high-caliber project planning and monitoring controls to meet set targets in terms of project schedules, optimum productivity, and efficiency. Data Gathering: Liaise with project team members to gather data in support of the planning process.
