• Previous experience in project planning , monitoring & controlling
• Previous experience in Cost management & Earned Value calculations
• Experience in tracking & reporting the projects
• Technical knowledge in preparing projects balance sheets to control the project cost
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a strong analytical focus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and cost control within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Proven experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for effective scheduling.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Cost Engineering (CCE) is highly preferred for credibility.
• Hands-on experience in managing budgets and understanding financial statements to drive cost efficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to manipulate and interpret complex cost data.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate project details and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in dynamic project environments.
