Maintaining a Primavera E/C Schedule
Interacting with discipline leads to obtain schedule updates
Development of cost and scheduling reports
Creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and development of schedules and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements
Collecting, interpreting and inputting schedule data into the project control database and providing output to the project team
Supporting the management of all project correspondence
Interfacing with the project technical staff to define scope of work, need for change to budgets and schedules, and identification of variances from the original plan
Managing and maximizing project margins
Develop and maintain detailed, resource loaded schedules based upon the requirements identified by the projects Task Order
Responsible to ensure schedules/budgets are kept progress updated regularly
Responsible for performing baseline schedule maintenance and control
Identify and analyse associated schedule, resource conflicts and potential cost impacts and issues
Support variance analysis, problem identification, development and implementation of corrective actions and development of narratives to support monthly reporting
Interpret and analyse schedule variances and interface with the cost analyst to establish the relationships between the scheduled activities and cost performance information
Here\'s what you\'ll need:
BS degree in an Engineering, Construction Management, Business or Finance discipline or equivalent experience
8 years professional experience preferred
Discipline specific professional registration preferred (PMP, PMI, ICE, RICS)
Extensive hands-on experience with Primavera Project Planner P3 Ver. 4.3 or P3e/c
Hands-on experience with resource loading & earned value management systems
Experience with Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project Software
Must be able to work independently, and accept responsibility and demonstrate appropriate judgement
